Wealth Management

Life is about questions, challenges, experiences, failures, successes.  Wealth management is about blending all those situations with the identification and achievement of your financial goals.

My clients ask themselves a litany of questions such as how do we build our wealth while paying off student loans, and trying to save for purchasing a home?  Are we in the right 529 plan, how are our careers going, are we saving enough for retirement, can one of us leave our job to start a new business?

These questions do not have quick, simple answers.  My clients are engaged and motivated to work with me to align their financial actions with their personal goals.  I specialize in leading those discussions and bringing organization and strategy into my client’s financial lives.

 Relevant Experience

I graduated from Cornell University with a B.S. in Business Management and Marketing.  I began my professional career in the garment center in NYC, as a Buyer for Abraham & Straus Dept. Stores and then at Ross Stores Inc.  I also worked on the wholesale side of the apparel business in sales and sales management with Joe Boxer as a National Sales Manager and then as a Sr. VP of Sales & Merchandising with Signature Apparel Group.  Through these experiences, I learned the importance of formulating a strategy, identifying the financial resources needed to achieve that strategy and how to adapt to an ever-changing economic landscape.

These experiences helped build the financial foundation for what I do as a Senior Wealth Manager.  I have been with Belpointe Asset Management since 2009. In this role, I am a fiduciary charged with the highest standard of care.  This means I must always act in my client’s best interest, and must place client interests ahead of all others, at all times. I must act with undivided loyalty and utmost good faith; be transparent in all my dealings; and avoid conflicts of interest.

I hold the CRPC ®, Chartered Retirement Planning Counselor designation, am a Licensed Life, Health and Annuities Producer and have passed my series 7 & 66 examinations.

Personal

Mentoring is a passion of mine.  I mentor business owners through the collaboration of the Stanford Graduate School of Business and the Latino Business Action Network.  I have worked with high school students interested in entrepreneurial pursuits through the BUILDNYC program.  I coached and served on the Board of Directors for the Greenwich Basketball Association and Greenwich Jr. Babe Ruth Baseball League. I am also active with Cornell University as an Ambassador in the CAAAN program. I live in Greenwich, CT with my wife Kathleen and two children Caitlin and Alejandro.
